The Little Ice Age Linked to Black Death?

So maybe we just need to knock off a few more humans to bring about some cooling (and thus offset global warming). Since the left normally purports to be the leaders in such “progressive” movements, maybe we can track down some volunteers?

    C’mon, it wasn’t as if the whole of Europe was falling down and worshiping the study’s authors…there was even a dissenting opinion in the article. On a related note, the History Channel had a 2-hour special on the little ice age a week ago Sunday. I think even someone from the ‘fair and balanced’ crowd would have found it worthwhile viewing.

    I didn’t mean to imply it was the whole of Europe…rather that this is another in a LONG line of stories in which the BBC continues to push the global warming agenda. Do a google news search for “Source:BBC Global Warming” and you’ll come up with a slew of similar articles.
    I do have to commend them on the dissenting opinion given…what I wouldn’t mind seeing however is a headline of a dissenting opinion, considering there are MANY.
    Someone else mentioned that History Channel thing and I’d like to catch it - I’ll have to see when it’ll be on again - thanks for the heads-up.
